Yelly

Branding a chat app where text is the only medium.

Touchpoints
branding, brand-content
Yelly — three posters in the window of a graffitied storefront: “bientôt le bac, c'est cho”, “go chill, go chat!”, “quels festivals tu fais cet été ?”

On Yelly there are no photos and no videos: two chat bubbles, words, and a free speech zone built for Gen Z. Making that desirable meant the brand alone had to carry the product’s energy. Hervé built the identity around a bold, friendly typeface, a sharp palette and a layout system that turns text into image, then extended it across social media and print.

Come chat, you are in the safezone

Yelly is the connection, a conversation, 2 chat bubbles, 2 universes that meet, all within a zone of free expression in complete safety.

No pictures, no biggies

Getting good photos is always a challenge; there's nothing better than a little originality in framing and visual selection to make them your own.
